Ebara Corporation (“EBARA”) conducted the ceremony of inaugurating the workshop at Ebara Pumps Saudi Arabia LLC on 15th November.
The opening ceremony was blessed with a beautiful weather and witnessed by about 90 guests to mark this significant milestone including:
・Eng. Fuad Mosa, General Manager, Local content & Business Development Unit ,Saudi Basic Industries Corporation (SABIC)
・Eng. Mohammed S. Al-Otaibi Eastern Region Manager, Saline Water Conversion Corporation (SWCC)
・His Excellency Norio Okuda , Japanese Ambassador in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
Also Mr.Maeda, EBARA President, Mr. Ohi, Senior Managing Executive Officer, Mr.Kimura, Managing Executive Officer and Mr. Maehara EBARA Saudi Managing Director attended.
A large crane and a variety of machine tools are installed in the workshop. With these new tools, we can expand on our provision of services to include such things as repair, modification and maintenance of process pumps, large scale pumps and high-pressure pumps of which more than 5,000 units have already been delivered throughout the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Ebara Saudi is committed to the provision of service & support that delights our customers.
In addition, Ebara Saudi manufactures standard pumps made in Saudi for markets such as water infrastructure, building equipment and general industries. We are able to provide “Made in Saudi Pumps” to our customers in the Kingdom with a very short delivery time.
The Saudi Arabian government announced its vision for the future, “Saudi Vision 2030” in 2016. The “Saudi Vision 2030,” indicates how the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia will adopt economic and social reform programs with an eye on increasing non-oil revenue while encouraging the diversification and comprehensive development of industry.
Ebara Saudi contribute to the development of “Saudi Vision 2030”, through “the employment and development of human resources in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia”,” achieve the formulation of the domestic supply chain in the country” and “provide products and solutions that exceed the expectations and imaginations of our customers” .
In the near future, we expect that Ebara Saudi will be the business hub of the Middle East and will start exporting products and offering services to the industries in the Middle East and North African regions.
