This WISE event is an inclusive space comprised of three sessions where men and women have the opportunity to learn or enhance communication skills so as to provide value to the energy industry. Cindy Yeilding, Senior Vice President BP Americas and founder of the WISE event at OTC, will introduce the event. Susan Morrice, Chairperson, Belize Natural Energy, will give a keynote presentation and discuss fundamental emotional quotient (EQ), working within teams and pursuing your path. A question and answer session will follow the keynote. Erin Collins, Operations Improvement Manager at Forum Energy Technologies, will then lead an interactive session that recognizes the need to focus on effective communication across personality types in order to be successful as an organization and as individuals. The final portion of the event will consist of three breakout sessions with table discussions led by our speakers along with executives from major oil companies, independents, service companies and others. The table discussions will focus on different aspects of Listening and Leadership. The event will close with a session summary followed by open networking.
