Pump Systems Matter® Board of Directors Announces New Members

Pump Systems Matter (PSM) announces the addition of two new members to its Board of Directors: Jen Muir, P.E., President, JKMuir and Gary Cavey, President and CEO, Dynamatic® Drive Source International, Inc. Each will serve a three-year term and work with the Board to develop an executive long-term strategic plan that addresses the increasing demand for pump and pumping system training that promotes energy efficient and reliable pumping systems in the industrial and commercial building sectors.

Both new board members come from a diverse background. Serving as President of JKMuir, an environmental consulting firm specializing in energy projects in water, wastewater and industrial facilities, Jen Muir brings extensive experience in water and wastewater pump systems assessment. President and CEO of Dynamatic Drive Source International, Inc, Gary Cavey is a hands-on leader with demonstrated strengths in vision, strategic planning, change management, team building, cost control, organizational design, and profit optimization.

These engineering and business leaders will lead PSM in its mission to provide training and other tools to the pump user community; helping engineering, maintenance and operational personnel increase pump system energy efficiency and improve the overall reliability and performance of pumping systems across North America.
