The Hydraulic Institute (HI) 2013 Fall meeting will take place October 23 – 25, 2013, at theGrand Historic Venue & Embassy Suites Downtown Baltimore in Baltimore, Maryland. Over thirty HI Technical Committees will meet to review and advance specific areas of knowledge and work that ultimately will result in the development of new or updated ANSI/HI Pump Standards. Attendees with particular topic interest or subject matter expertise will have the opportunity to participate in these technical meetings. Young engineers are particularly encouraged to attend.
The Fall meeting also provides plenty of opportunities to network with top pump industry professionals. On Wednesday, October 23, HI will host a private reception & dinner at the National Aquarium from 6:00-10:00pm. On the following night, HI will host a dinner cruise on the Spirit of Baltimore from 6:30-9:30pm.
To encourage meeting attendance by “Young Engineers,” HI is offering a 50% discount on registration to individuals at member companies who are under the age of thirty-five and have served less than 10 years in the pump industry. HI is also offering a group discount, as well as an Early Bird discount to individuals who register on or before September 6, 2013.
