Five-time National Football League (NFL) MVP Peyton Manning will give the keynote speech at the first-ever ProFood Tech Conference Program, led by the International Dairy Foods Association (IDFA), one of the three trade show leaders powering ProFood Tech (April 4–6, 2017; McCormick Place, Chicago), along with PACK EXPO and Anuga. The keynote will take place on Tuesday, April 4, 2017, from 8 to 9:15 a.m. Manning’s address is titled “Winning Strategies with Peyton Manning.”
“NFL great Peyton Manning will share real-world leadership tips and how you can become a winner too by learning to adapt to changing circumstances,” says Neil Moran, senior vice president, IDFA. “Manning combines his trademark humor and real life stories to challenge audiences to reach higher than they ever thought possible.”
As one of the most decorated NFL quarterbacks of all-time, Manning most recently led the Denver Broncos to victory over the Carolina Panthers in Super Bowl 50. Prior to that, he led the Indianapolis Colts to victory in Super Bowl 41, beating the Chicago Bears and making him the first starting quarterback in NFL history to win a Super Bowl with two different teams.
“A gifted leader who understands how to build successful teams is exactly who we want to address attendees at the ProFood Tech Conference,” says Charles D. Yuska, president & CEO, PMMI. “Conference participants will hear from Manning on how to motivate a team and work together toward a common goal. We are excited to hear his insights on leadership and forming strong teams.”
In addition to the keynote, ProFood Tech’s comprehensive conference program offers a variety of educational experiences covering fresh ideas and strategies on regulations and food safety, consumer trends that are changing the food and beverage landscape, and industry best practices in business and leadership development.
As the only event in North America focused exclusively on all food and beverage sectors, including baking & snack, beverage, frozen/prepared foods, dairy and meat/poultry/seafood, ProFood Tech will attract high-level buyers from every food and beverage sector, with an expansive show floor and enhanced conference program.
Full three-day passes to the ProFood Tech Conference Program, which also includes access to the show floor, are $595 through Feb. 15, 2017. A one-day Conference pass may be purchased for $285 through Feb. 15, 2017, but prices for both will increase after that date. Register for the show and conference online at www.profoodtech.com.
