What You Need to Know About Testing Your Pumps

The April 24th webinar will provide an overview of the Pump Acceptance Testing for Rotodynamic Pumps ANSI/HI 14.6—2011 standard. This session is ideal for Pump Users, Engineering Consultants, Pump Test Lab Personnel, Pump Specifiers, Pump Technicians, Engineering Staff, and Pump Distributors. Participants also earn 1 professional development hour (PDH) credit directly from the Hydraulic Institute upon completion of the webinar.

At the completion of this webinar, attendees will be able to identify duty points for pump acceptance tests, determine if a tested pump is within the permissible amplitude of fluctuation of measurement uncertainty, and interpret test acceptance grades and tolerances. Participants will also learn how to use default test acceptance grades in appropriate situations and use the Rotodynamic Pumps for Hydraulic Performance Acceptance Tests (ANSI/HI 14.6—2011) standard to analyze results from the testing.
