The VSG Pro Pack is a rising stem packing made of three parts: two inconel-jacketed end rings and a 100% pure graphite center ring. The center ring makes contact with the valve body ID and the stem while the end rings allow the packing to move up and down the shaft as a singular unit.
The Pro Pack has a maximum temperature of 1200 degrees F, operates in pressures up to 10,000 PSI and has been tested in applications of 2500 cycles. It contains no PTFE or other blocking agents, eliminates corrosion of the valve stem and body, and is really easy to install.
