APPLICATION
Durlon® 7910 is a good quality general service gasket for applications where an NSF/ANSI 61 Certified gasket material is required. It is suitable for potable water, steam, oil, water, mild alkalis and acids, hydrocarbons and solvents; and for applications in the water treatment and reclamation, wastewater and plumbing industries.
COMPOSITION
Durlon® 7910 is a compressed fiber sheet gasket material that was specially developed to meet the requirement of NSF/ANSI 61 for potable water applications. It contains high strength mineral fibers bonded with nitrile (NBR) synthetic rubber.
CERTIFICATION
NSF/ANSI 61 Potable Water at room temperature, 73ºF (23ºC).
NSF/ANSI 61 Potable Water “Commercial Hot”, 179ºF (82ºC).
