Load Controls PMP-25

Compact Digital Pump Load Control Model PMP-25

Product by: Load Controls Inc.

PUMP LOAD CONTROL

The PMP-25 quickly established itself as the gold standard for industrial pump protection. By leveraging pump motor power data, the PMP-25 is sensitive enough to quickly diagnose abnormal pumping conditions such as dry running, cavitation, broken impellers, jams, clogs and other situations requiring attention. Analog outputs and open and closed contacts enable control of pumps to avoid costly downtime. When compared to other pump sensors, the PMP-25 offers the advantages of:

  • Installation in motor control cabinet, away from hazardous areas
  • No requirement to cut pipes or other invasive approaches
  • Fast response time enabling rapid problem detection
  • A direct metric of pump work performed
  • The ability to view power requirements over time providing insights into predictive maintenance, energy management and pump motor sizing
  • UL rated, SIL-1 and SIL-2 capable

The PMP-25 compact digital Load Control is designed specifically for pump monitoring. It measures true power and has a digital load display that shows the percent of load, horsepower, or kilowatts. It can be mounted on a door or raceway, in a panel, or on a wall.
