If you’re familiar with our Empowering Team, you know we tend to go full steam ahead. To start off this new year we want to send a big THANK YOU to all of you – our community! Whether you’re an avid follower of our brand or you trust us to help market your own brand, we are thankful for each one of you and your continued support year in and year out.

As a team and a company, this last year has been all about being intentional. We’ve kept this theme in mind for everything we did in 2022 and not to toot our own horns (beep, beep) but we feel really proud of what we were able to accomplish in just 365 days. This past year was full of hard work, fun, and growth!

Another big thing to mention is our events – while we’ve been having impactful Empowering Women in Industry Conferences for years now, 2022 marked our very first Empowering Pumps & Industry Conference (EPIC) and it was everything we hoped it would be. This event will be a new staple in how we’re empowering and connecting the industry and we can’t wait to do so again this year! Learn all about #EPIC2023 and how you can get involved.

With a new year, we also have some exciting news to share about our growing team. While you’ll still see all of the same happy faces as you have over the last few years, we are thrilled to have Dana Ballout join our Empowering team! It’s been amazing to see our company grow over these 11+ years in business and we are so excited to have Dana join us and help us reach to new heights.

Lastly, as we enter into 2023, we can’t wait to continue to Connect, Inform, & Educate the industry! While you’ll continue to be able to count on us for all of your Engineering & Design, Maintenance & Reliability, and Pumps & Operations content needs, we focus on sustainability all year round and highlighting the people and companies making moves in sustainable and efficient solutions.
