The Valve Manufacturers Association of America (VMA) announces the 2020 Valve Industry Leadership Forum in New Orleans, LA.

The Annual Valve Industry Leadership Forum will be held February 27-28, 2020 at the Ritz Carlton Hotel in New Orleans. This is the industry’s premier executive networking event, featuring executive-level analysis on the trends, management strategies, manufacturing innovations, politics and economics affecting the valve industry.

Bryan Burns, President and CEO of DeZurik and VMA Chairman, said, “Each year I build vital relationships and leave with a deeper understanding of how to address the issues affecting our industry. I encourage all valve industry leaders to attend in order to strengthen their networks.”

The keynote, “Lead Smart through High-Performance Cultures,” will provide insights on developing, motivating and empowering employees to achieve extraordinary results. The event also features content on manufacturing 4.0, legal issues from tariffs to marijuana, a global economic outlook, attracting and retaining a strong workforce, an examination of national political issues, and succession planning/knowledge transfer.

This event is open to VMA/VRC members, and is designed for executives, managers, emerging leaders, and other valve industry leaders. Nonmembers are encouraged to attend by contacting VMA President Heather Rhoderick at hrhoderick@vma.org or call 202-331-8105 x306.
