Chesterton Launches Water & Wastewater Industry Webinar Series

Addressing Industry Challenges with Best Practices for Energy/Water Savings, Increased Efficiency, and Asset Protection

US water and sewer utilities are facing daunting challenges — ranging from aging infrastructures, to increased pressure to save water and energy, to mass retirement of experienced employees. In a 2016 report, the American Society of Civil Engineers’ Infrastructure Report Card gave a “D” rating to both the US Water and Wastewater industries, and the White House has proposed millions to fund a water innovation strategy designed in part to achieve a 33 percent reduction water usage nationwide.

A.W. Chesterton Company, a leader in fluid sealing solutions and equipment/infrastructure protection, is helping water and wastewater plant teams to address challenges and stretch funding dollars with a 5-part interactive webinar series. The sessions offer ways for facilities to run pump systems more sustainably, improve operational efficiency, and extend the life of aging equipment. Attendees will learn the cause of common failures, how to spot potential problems in advance, as well as a variety of possible solutions.
