Best Coverage in the Industry: Grundfos Now Has NSF61/372 Certification on Entire System for High Pressure Capability Up to 1,500 ft (650psi) Boost

Grundfos Hydro MPC BoosterpaQ systems now have the most complete NSF61/372 performance system capability in the industry. NSF 61 is a drinking water approval and NSF 372 is a method of measurement for determining “lead free” (weighted average of 0.25% or less). The combination of NSF61/372 is required for all domestic water plumbing devices as of January 4, 2014 to provide assurance that health protection exists for covered products in contact with drinking water.

The NSF 61/372 standard requires prefabricated domestic water pump systems have certification as an entire system rather than the individual parts. Grundfos Hydro MPC BoosterpaQ, Multi-E, Multi-B & CRE-Plus all have the “entire system” NSF 61/372 certification.

Grundfos has recently increased the maximum pressure capability of Hydro MPC BoosterpaQ systems to include the high pressure CR pumps that can now be built into a Hydro MPC BoosterpaQ system, and have entire system NSF 61/372 certification. This gives Grundfos Hydro MPC BoosterpaQ systems the ability to have NSF 61/372 packaged pump systems with pressure boost capabilities up to 1,500 ft (650 psi) boost.
