New global app offers a simple and convenient solution for sizing and selecting solar pump products right from your mobile device

Grundfos, a global leader in water and solar technology, has launched a new mobile app for customers, making it easier and more convenient for people to select the right solar pump. The Grundfos GO Solar app allows users to access sizing data for Grundfos solar products regardless of location, internet connection or application needs. The app is available through the Apple App store and Google Play.

Grundfos Launches GO Solar App“The Grundfos GO Solar app builds on our 40-year history of innovation and sustainability with pumping and solar products,” said Geraldine Tsui Yee Lin Bagger, Chief Sustainability Consultant for Grundfos. “In the app, you have three different ways to size your solar system. You can size by a pump you have on hand or on site, size by the number of solar panels you have or size by your application requirements. Our goal was to make the sizing and selection process as easy as possible for our customers.”

The Grundfos GO Solar app includes sizing data for Grundfos’ full range of renewable energy powered products including the SQFlex submersible, CRFlex booster and Renewable Solar Inverter (RSI), which can be paired with any 3-phase standard AC-powered pump to run the system on DC energy. The Grundfos GO Solar app allows users to size offline and sync with Grundfos Product Center at a later time. It also enables distributors to connect directly the Grundfos Extranet, an Industry leading commerce platform to order the appropriate pump once sizing is complete.
Unsure how much water is needed for your application? The app’s built-in water demand calculator is based on geolocation, making it simple to estimate the water requirements of homes, crops, livestock and humanitarian projects.
The Grundfos GO Solar app will be available in English, Spanish, French, Portuguese and German.

Grundfos Launches GO Solar AppThe Grundfos GO Solar app is the newest innovation for a company that has a long history of pioneering solar water solutions – stemming back to its first off-grid water supply system in 1980. Today, Grundfos solar water systems are scalable, digitally enhanced for easy setup and monitoring and provide an alternative to traditional grid power and water systems.
