Thompson Pump Primed for Success

Thompson Pump and Manufacturing Co., Inc., a full-service provider of high quality portable pumps, pumping equipment and engineering expertise, announces the appointment of Gajeske, Inc., Best Line Equipment, & Power Equipment Company as regional sales, rental, and service representatives for the Thompson Pump product portfolio in multiple territories across the United States.

Gajeske, Inc., founded by Bob Gajeske, Sr. in 1986, has locations across the state of Texas, representing the innovative Thompson Pump line out of their Houston, Grand Prairie, Helotes (San Antonio metro), Manor (Austin metro), and Beaumont locations. Gajeske is known as a pioneer in the high-density polyethylene (HDPE) piping industry.

Thompson Pump products will also be distributed and supported by Best Line Equipment headquartered in State College, PA. They have been a supplier of quality products and services for over 25 years by utilizing a specialized sales force, trained technicians, and modern technology.  Supported by a vast parts department and 24-hour emergency service, the Best Line Equipment staff lead by Adam Houseknecht and Kurt Weibel, will provide comprehensive service of Thompson Pump equipment.

Since 1936, Power Equipment Company has served the construction, mining, aggregate, and oil & gas exploration industries with branches located in Denver, CO; Grand Junction, CO; Colorado Springs, CO; Casper, WY; and Albuquerque, NM. Chris Taylor is leading their portable pump division representing Thompson Pump.

“In its efforts to bring first class quality products to the market, these strategic partnerships compliment and enhance these companies’ product lines and allow for increased market penetration of Thompson pumps in their territories,” said John Farrell, VP of Sales, Thompson Pump.

Thompson Pump has many diverse lines of high quality pumps, available in diameters from 2 to 18 inches with 5 to 500 horsepower. They include wet-prime trash pumps, dry-prime trash pumps with compressor-assisted or vacuum-assisted priming systems, sound attenuated pumps, hydraulic power units with submersible pump ends, diaphragm pumps, rotary wellpoint pumps and high pressure jet pumps. With these different types of pumps, as well as a full complement of accessory hoses and piping, Thompson Pump can offer the proper pump and system for any application. In addition, Thompson Pump provides engineering services and special applications consulting for complicated wellpoint, bypass or multiple pump systems; and offers thorough pump and dewatering education and training through its Pumpology® courses.
