Wilo USA Releases New Product Range to Stand-out Helix V Line

Wilo USA, a provider of pumps and pump solutions for water management, building services and groundwater, is pleased to announce the release of extended range versions of the Wilo Helix V high-efficiency multistage pump line.

The Helix V is a non-self-priming, high-pressure, vertical multistage centrifugal pump with inline connections and is suitable for a wide range of applications including water supply and pressure boosting, industrial circulation systems, washing systems and irrigation. The pump is available immediately in 6” and 8” and boasts full 304 stainless steel construction, a premium efficient NEMA motor, cartridge seal for easy replacement and repair and improved hydraulic performance.

“The Helix V offers efficiencies up to 94% thanks to the EC motor and high-efficiency drive combination. We have seen from 20%-50% energy savings compared to a multistage pump with a VFD and high-efficiency motor,” says Don Kahn, Senior Product Manager, Wilo USA.

“The Helix V is a standout product from the Helix line for several reasons, most notably the NSF 61 certification for potable water and the easy serviceability. The cartridge-style mechanical seal, the ‘X-Seal’, enables quick and easy maintenance without removing the motor. Combined with the improved hydraulics, the Helix V’s new range makes it the ideal option for a wide range of applications,” Kahn concludes.

Wilo USA engineered the new ranges in direct response to the growing demand in the industry. The new ranges of the Helix V are now available by contacting your local Wilo USA representative.
